How do payments work?
We create the order first, then show the selected payment route: Wise, TON, USDC on Solana, or SOL.
Solana payments can confirm on-chain automatically. Wise and TON orders are reviewed after payment proof or support confirmation.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is estimated by item weight before you place the order.
The current quoted rate is USD 5.50 per kilogram, and delivery usually takes about 20 days to receive your order.
That shipping amount is not charged by the store at checkout. The shipping company sends the customer a debit note separately.
How do I track my order?
Use your order reference on the Track Order page to see payment progress, fulfillment updates, and shipping notes.
